About the Couple

My soon-to-be bride

Leah entered my life and dissolved any doubt I had about the existence of angels.  I was drawn to her sweetness and generosity immediately, and then held there by her devotion and love.
We agreed early on that we were first and foremost friends.  She lent me her ear and gave me her heart.  Leah made it very clear that we were meant for each other.
She cares for Zack as she would her own and supports me with every bit of herself.
I dream of our future together; thinking about fields, woods and maybe even a big, red barn. For Leah there is a sunlight filled studio.
She once wrote me a note telling me of her vision of our future.  We were and old couple in a coffee shop sitting at a table, holding hands.

My soon-to-be groom

There is something so moving, so inexplicably beautiful, about a man whose world is encompassed by the heart of his child. I remember when we first began dating, his little boy Zack was all he spoke of. I fell in love.
I find a lot of strength in the way he makes me laugh. Even while preforming daily chores, he makes the tedious enjoyable. Sometimes life is stressful, but Ben's humor has allowed us to be at peace- even when times are hard.
Ben, for those who don't know him well, is one of the most genuine and caring men I have ever met. It has even been noted by perfect strangers; what a gentleman Ben is- as my doors are always opened.

How we met

"I had moved to Maryland in August of 2007, and was staying with my sister when she showed me an ad for a photography company. I called that day and it was agreed on over the phone, I would start after I moved into my new apartment. September 11th, 2007 I began working at Classic Photo and that's when I met Ben. He actually trained me on my first day. It was just one of those things. We began dating in December of 2007, and since then things have been amazing"
